Current Content Stats Overview is a Dashboard (Homepage) feature that shows you an at-a-glance overview of your content statistics. The stats contain summary counts of: Documents, Themes, Topics, and Audiences. The system uses your content library to display these key counts so you can see how much content and metadata you have at a glance. The overview appears in a content stats or stats overview section on the Dashboard/Homepage (e.g., as summary cards, numbers, or a small dashboard). How to use this section (viewing stats, drilling into details, refreshing, interpreting metrics) and troubleshooting are covered in the Homepage Guidelines; this document describes what the feature is and how it works.

What Is the Current Content Stats Overview?

The Current Content Stats Overview is:

• Summary counts
  • The stats show summary counts of four key areas: Documents (total documents in your library), Themes (total themes), Topics (total topics), and Audiences (total audiences). Each count is displayed as a number or card so you can see your content and metadata volume at a glance.
• Source 
  • Your content library (documents, themes, topics, audiences, and related metadata). The platform aggregates this data to show the overview counts.
• Where it appears 
  • A content stats or stats overview section on the Dashboard (Homepage), often near the top or in a dedicated area (e.g., summary cards, a row of numbers, or a small stats panel).
• Actions available
  • From the Homepage guidelines: view the overview, click counts to drill into details and interpret what each count means. Your interaction helps you monitor your documents, themes, topics, and audiences at a glance.

How It Works

• Data aggregation
  • The platform uses your content library to compute summary counts for Documents, Themes, Topics, and Audiences. It counts items in each of these four categories to produce the overview.
• Display on the Dashboard
  • The overview is shown in the content stats section on the Dashboard (Homepage). The four summary counts (Documents, Themes, Topics, Audiences) appear as numbers or cards (e.g., "X documents," "Y themes," "Z topics," "W audiences"). 
• Updates 
  • Stats are updated on a daily schedule.
