This feature helps users create a strategic three-month content calendar. It's especially useful for podcasters, marketers, and content creators looking to build a structured plan using long-form and short-form ideas, videos, and visuals—all tailored to their content library. It uses AI to intelligently generate content suggestions based on themes, audience interests, and historical trends, helping users organize and plan their next 90 days of content with precision and ease.


How to Use the Feature:

1. Start a Session

  • Navigate to the “Sessions” tab in the left sidebar.
  • Click on “New Session” or select an existing one like “Complete Task Session.”

2. Choose Your Main Goal

  • Select the “Complete Task”goal from the main options.
    • (Other options include Create a List, Get an Answer, Search Content.)

3. Define Your Task Intent

  • When prompted with “What are you trying to accomplish from this task?”, click “Prepare to Create.”

4. Select Your Specific Task

  • Choose “Create 90 Day Content Calendar”from the list of preparation tasks like:
    • Unlock Important Interview Questions
    • Create Guest Introductory Email
    • Create Story Contributor Email

5. Let the AI Generate Your Calendar

  • After selecting the task, the AI will generate a 3 Month Content Calendar.
  • The calendar will be formatted by week, and includes:
    • Long-form Content Idea
    • Content Category
    • Supporting Shortform Ideas
    • Video Concepts
    • Graphic Image Concepts

Each entry builds on previous topics to ensure a thematic, consistent flow of content over 12 weeks.

  • Main Selection Cards (Dark Mode Buttons):

    • Clickable task or goal selectors like “Prepare to Create” and “Create 90 Day Content Calendar.”
  • Content Calendar Output (AI Response):

    • Displays the weekly content plan in a structured table.
    • Provides specific multimedia content ideas and content types.
  • Snippet Tool (Scissors Icon):

    • Cuts a section or full message for saving or future use.
    • In the final screenshot, a snippet of “90 day calendar” is created and notated.
  • List Panel (Document Icon):

    • Located on the right side under “LISTS.”
    • Auto-saves generated content or allows user to save it manually.

Troubleshooting Section:

Issue 1: I Don’t See the “Create 90 Day Content Calendar” Option

Solution:

  • Ensure you selected “Prepare to Create” after choosing “Complete Task”.
  • Scroll through the task options—sometimes the task is further down the list.

Issue 2: Content Calendar Didn't Load or is Incomplete

Solution:

  • Click the task again or refresh the session.
  • Make sure you have content uploaded to your document library—AI suggestions improve with better input.

Issue 3: I Can’t Find My Saved Work

Solution:

  • Look in the LISTS panel on the right.
  • Open “Complete Task Session Default List” and find saved messages/snippets.

Issue 4: I Need to Revise the Calendar

Solution:

  • Use the “Adjust This Question” button below the calendar output to regenerate or modify the result.

Issue 5: I Want to Make a Note About a Section

Solution:

  • Use the Snippet tool (Scissors icon) to clip a section.
  • Add a Notation in the pop-up window and save it for future collaboration or reflection.
