1. Tab:  Ask Question
   1. In the "Ask AI a question about your global content library bar, type your question or keywords (e.g., "May 2024 Ebony Issue" or "Culture and Fashion").
   2. Click the Search button or press Enter.
   3. The search will return relevant results based on your query, providing a list of matching articles from the uploaded archives.

1. Review the list of results that appear on the left-hand side of the screen.

   • Article Title: A clickable link to the article.
   • Publication Date: The issue date of the publication.
   • Excerpt: A snippet of text that includes your search terms (if applicable).
   • Source: Displays the source publication, such as Ebony or Jet.
3. Click the Read more link to view more details of the article or add it to a list for later use.

3. Adding Articles to a List

1. To add an article to a list, click the plus (+) icon next to the article.
2. In the Lists section on the right-hand side of the screen, select whether to create a new list or add the article to an existing one:
   • If creating a new list:
     1. Click Create New List.
     2. Name your list.
     3. Click Save to finalize.
   • If adding to an existing list:
     1. Click the dropdown menu to choose your list.
     2. Select the list you want to save the article to.
     3. Click Add to save the article.

1. Click the Revise Settings button below the search results.

3. Once the settings have been adjusted, click Search to refresh the list with more relevant articles.

1. At the bottom of the results section, you’ll see options for refining based on Themes or Topics.
