Step-by-Step: How to Use the Feature

Step 1: Enter the Contesimal Session Flow

  1. Navigate to the Sessions panel (left-hand navigation).

  2. Click Complete Task Session or create a new session.

  3. From the “What are you trying to accomplish?” screen, select Prepare to Create.

Step 2: Choose the Right Task

  1. From the preparation categories, select Create Guest Introductory Email.

    • This opens a guided interface designed to generate a high-quality outreach message.

Step 3: Review the Auto-Generated Email

  1. The tool generates a customizable guest outreach template:

    • Subject: “Full Stack Leader Podcast Guest Introductory Outreach”

    • Body:

      • A personalized greeting section

      • Description of the podcast and its purpose

      • Overview of past guests with highlights to establish credibility

      • Invitation for a brief introductory call

      • Closing signature with placeholder contact info

Step 4: Customize as Needed

  1. Update placeholder text (e.g., [Your Name], [Your Contact Info]) to personalize the email.

  2. Optionally, adjust episode examples to align with the specific guest’s domain or interests.

Step 5: Finalize and Save or Use

  1. Use the scissors icon ✂️ (Snippets) to save the whole message or sections of it.

  2. Click the Document icon ? to save it as a list item within your session for future reference or reuse.
