Description
The "Analyze My Content Structure" feature in Contesimal helps users understand how their content is organized by leveraging AI to surface key frameworks, segment breakdowns, and structural elements. This supports Contesimal’s mission to organize, contextualize, and monetize user content more effectively.
This tool is especially useful for content creators, marketers, and strategists who want to ensure their podcast scripts, articles, or video scripts follow a logical, audience-friendly, and monetizable structure. It identifies components such as hooks, insights, embedded promotions, and calls to action.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Start a New Session
Navigate to the Sessions panel on the left and click “+” to create a new session or select an existing one (e.g., "April 2025" or "March 2025 Session").
Step 2: Choose a Goal
When prompted with “Which of the following best describes your MAIN GOAL?”, select “Complete Task.”
Step 3: Select the Task Type
Among the available task options (e.g., Research My Industry, Create Content), click “Analyze My Content.”
Step 4: Ask for a Structure Review
Enter a prompt in the chat area, like:
“Please help me analyze my content structure.”This will trigger the AI assistant to review the content from the session and return a structured analysis.
Step 5: View the Structural Breakdown
The AI will return labeled frameworks:
Interview Focus Structure: Best for interview or commentary formats.
Thematic Exploration Structure: Best for documentary, review, or recap formats.
These structures include sections like:
Introduction: Establishes context
Teaser/Hook: Grabs attention
Segments (e.g., Journey, Core Insights, Practical Advice, etc.)
Embedded Promotions: Monetization and sponsor placement
Outro & Optional Elements: Wrap-up and bonus material
Each section is annotated with purpose and usage examples.
Step 6: Interact with the Analysis
Use the AI response options:
Good Answer: Confirms the insight is useful.
Say More: Requests deeper detail.
Adjust This Question: Refines the prompt to get a better-fit result.
Step 7: Use Snippets & List Items
Use the Scissors icon ✂️ to snip important parts of the message as Snippets.
Use the Document icon ? to save these pieces as List Items in your active list (e.g., “April 2025 Default List”).
Troubleshooting & Solutions
Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
AI returns a generic or incomplete structure | Content is not specific or lacks context | Add more detailed prompts or upload content samples before asking |
Snip/Save icons are not appearing | Session UI not fully loaded or active content not selected | Refresh the page or make sure a session is selected and the AI response is expanded |
List items not saving | Session list is full or connection issue | Check internet connection and try again. If persistent, start a new list |
Unclear which structure fits | Content blends multiple styles (e.g., interview and documentary) | Ask AI a follow-up to determine hybrid structure recommendations |
AI not responding to task prompt | Prompt not clearly linked to content structure | Use direct language like “Help me break down the structure of this episode script” or “What segments should I use in a recap-style show?” |
