Description
This feature helps users evaluate how up-to-date or relevant their content is within their content library. It uses AI to categorize content into two main buckets:
Outdated Content – Information that may no longer apply due to market or technology changes.
Evergreen Content – Timeless content that continues to deliver value and remains contextually useful.
This tool supports the core mission of Contesimal by helping users organize and contextualize their content, ultimately identifying which assets can be updated, repurposed, or monetized more effectively.
How to Use It
Step-by-step Process
Start a New Session
Navigate to the Sessions tab on the sidebar.
Select "New Session" or click into an existing session (e.g., “April 2025”).
Click "Start The Session" if prompted.
Choose to Complete a Task
Select “Complete Task” from the three main session goals: “Create a List,” “Get an Answer,” and “Complete Task”.
Choose Task Objective
When prompted with a list of task options (e.g., Research My Industry, Create Content), select “Analyze My Content”.
Select the Analysis Option
In the next menu, choose “Assess Library Content Relevance” from the list of insight tools. This includes other options like:
Generate Promo Partnerships

Trigger the Analysis
Once selected, the AI automatically begins scanning the content in your library. You’ll see a message like:
“Please help me Assess Library Content Relevance”
The AI returns a categorized list, breaking content down into:
Outdated Content
Includes title, reasons for being outdated, and suggestions for how it could be modernized.
Evergreen Content
Includes title, reasoning for why it's still relevant, and how it can be used effectively.
Interact with Results
You can take action by clicking:
“Good Answer” if you agree with the assessment.
“Say More” if you want further elaboration.
“Adjust This Question” to refine the analysis.
Optionally, you can create snippets or save list items using:

? Document Icon (List Item): Save content into curated lists.
Troubleshooting Guide
Issue | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Analysis didn’t return any results | No content was available or connected to your library. | Ensure your content is uploaded and accessible in the session. Try refreshing or uploading content again. |
Content seems miscategorized | AI may misinterpret older themes or use dates alone as signals. | Use “Adjust This Question” to refine prompts or clarify your expectations. You can also use “Say More” to get a deeper breakdown. |
Can’t find ‘Assess Library Content Relevance’ | User is in the wrong session flow. | Ensure you selected “Complete Task” > “Analyze My Content”, not another route. |
Saved list or snippet not appearing | Item may not have been saved properly or session was not active. | Click the ? or ✂️ icon again, then check the “LISTS” or “Snippets” panel on the right side. |
AI answers feel too generic | Input context may be too vague. | Provide more detailed content upfront or use examples. Follow up with a refined question using the “Adjust This Question” button. |
