It directly supports Contesimal’s mission by enabling creators to generate value from their content through strategic partnerships. With AI-generated language that aligns with industry expectations, users save time and increase the quality of their outreach communications—key for driving monetization through collaborations.
Step-By-Step Guide
Here’s a step-by-step guide to using this tool effectively:
Step 1: Start a Session
Navigate to the Sessions panel in the left sidebar.
Click New Session or open an existing one (like “April 2025 Session”).
Step 2: Choose Your Goal
Select Complete Task when prompted for your session goal.
Step 3: Select “Monetize My Content”
From the list of task intentions, choose Monetize My Content. This action brings up a curated list of monetization strategies.
Step 4: Choose “Write a Brand Outreach Email”
Among the options (such as sponsorships, embedded campaigns), click on “Write a Brand Outreach Email.”
Step 5: View the Generated Email Template
The AI will auto-generate a professional outreach email using a predefined structure:
Greeting & introduction
Podcast/content description
Brand alignment pitch
Benefits to the sponsor
Call to action
Sign-off with placeholders
Step 6: Customize the Message
Edit key placeholders in the message:
Replace [Your Name], [Brand Name], [Your Position], etc.
Add your Website URL, contact details, or specific brand goals to personalize the tone and voice.
Step 7: Use Productivity Controls
Below the email, you’ll see three helpful action buttons:
Good Answer – Confirms the draft meets your needs.
Say More – Adds depth or expands on the email content.
Adjust This Question – Refines the input to regenerate the email with a new focus.
Step 8: Save or Snip the Content
Use the Scissors icon ✂️ to snip and save the generated email content as a snippet for future use.
Use the Document icon ? to save the content into your List for structured tracking in your session.
Troubleshooting & Support
Here are common issues and how to address them:
Issue: Generic or off-target email draft
Solution: Click “Adjust This Question” to refine your input prompt. Be more specific about your brand goals or audience demographics.
Issue: Missing customization placeholders
Solution: Carefully review the AI-generated email and replace all placeholder tags like [Brand Name], [Your Name], etc., before sending.
Issue: Need to expand or shorten email
Solution: Use “Say More” to make it richer or manually trim the content based on your outreach needs.
Issue: Email not saving properly to session
Solution:
Use the Document icon to store it in your List.
Make sure you’re in the correct session (e.g., “April 2025”) before saving.
If saving fails, try refreshing the page or reloading the session.
Issue: Difficulty finding a past version
Solution: Use the Snippets tool (Scissors icon) to manage your clipped messages. You can also track saved messages in the right-hand List panel.
