Description:
The Upload Documents feature in Contesimal allows users to import individual or grouped documents into the Contesimal platform. This is a foundational step in enabling users to leverage Contesimal’s AI-driven tools to organize, contextualize, and ultimately monetize their content. By uploading relevant files, users can initiate processing to generate "Theme Packs," making their content discoverable and actionable within the Contesimal ecosystem.
This tool empowers creators, researchers, and content managers by automating the intake and enrichment of textual documents, ensuring quick turnaround and scalable access to AI insights.
How to Use the Upload Documents Feature
Step 1: Access the Import Content Menu
Navigate to the Documents or Uploads tab in Contesimal.
Click the "Upload Documents" tile (purple button labeled "Get started") under the Import Content window.
Step 2: Certify Permissions and Begin Upload
On the next screen, check the red box to certify your right to upload the documents and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Drag and drop up to 100 documents (max 15 MB each) or click the upload area to select files.
Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, SRT.
Step 3: Confirm Upload Completion
Once uploaded, your document(s) will appear in a list with a green status bar.
Tabs let you view:
All Uploads
Uploaded

A checkmark indicates a successful upload. You’ll also see a trash can icon (?️) if you need to delete a file before final submission.
Step 4: Acknowledge Final Agreement and Submit
At the bottom of the screen, check the red acknowledgment box:
Confirms that Theme Packs will be generated and that the initial onboard fee is non-refundable.
Click “Next” to proceed (button turns pink after all requirements are met).
Step 5: Content Processing
You’ll see a message that Contesimal is processing your documents.
Processing typically completes within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on document size and complexity.
After processing, your content will be available in the Theme Packs section of the Chat Browser.
