Description

The Knowledgebase page provides access to Contesimal's help documentation, support articles, and self-service resources. Clicking the Knowledge Base link in Settings redirects you to the knowledge base portal, where you can search for solutions, browse articles by category, submit support tickets, and access detailed guides for various Contesimal features.

The step-by-step instructions, screen descriptions, and UI details in this section are examples only. They are intended to help you understand how the feature works and how to complete the flow. Screens, labels, and layout may change in future product updates.

A: Open the Knowledge Base

  • Go to Account Info - click icon with initials at the bottom of left navigation menu
  • Click "Knowledgebase" OR 
    •  Click "Account Info" - select "Knowledgebase" 
  • You will be redirected to the Contesimal Knowledgebase page

B: Navigate the Knowledge Base Page

Once on the Knowledge Base page, you can:

  • Search for solutions: Use the search bar at the top ("Find some solutions here...") to find articles by keywords
  • Browse articles by category: Click category folders (e.g., FAQ, Getting Started, Content Library, Import, Creations) to view articles
  • View individual articles: Click any article title to read detailed documentation
  • Submit a ticket: Click "Submit a ticket" in the top navigation for direct support
  • Access other support sections: Use the top navigation to access Home, Knowledge base, or Tickets

C: Use Search Functionality

  • Type keywords or questions into the search bar
  • Review search results to find relevant articles
  • Click on articles that match your query

D: Browse by Category

  • Scroll through the main content area to see available categories
  • Click any category folder (e.g., "FAQ", "Getting Started", "Content Library")
  • View the list of articles within that category
  • Click "View all [X]" links to see all articles in categories with multiple items

E: Submit a Support Ticket (If Needed)

  • Click "Submit a ticket" in the top navigation bar
  • Fill out the ticket form with your question or issue
  • Submit the ticket to receive direct support assistance

Troubleshooting Guide

A: Knowledge Base Link Doesn't Redirect

  • Issue: Clicking "Knowledge Base" in Settings doesn't open the knowledge base page or redirect fails.
  • Fix:
    • Refresh the Settings page and try clicking "Knowledge Base" again
    • Check your internet connection (the knowledge base is hosted externally)
    • Try opening the link in a new tab (right-click → "Open in new tab")
    • Clear browser cache if the redirect consistently fails
    • If the issue persists, contact Support through the Contact Support option in Settings


B: Knowledge Base Page Won't Load

  • Issue: After clicking Knowledge Base, the page doesn't load or shows an error.
  • Fix:
    • Wait a few seconds (external redirects may take a moment)Check your browser's pop-up blockers (ensure they're not blocking the redirect)
    • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or use an incognito/private window
    • Verify your internet connection is stable
    • If the page consistently fails to load, contact Support and mention that the Knowledge Base redirect isn't working


C: Search Doesn't Return Results

  • Issue: Using the search bar doesn't show any articles or relevant results.
  • Fix:
    • Try different keywords (use broader or alternative search terms)
    • Check spelling (ensure search terms are spelled correctly)
    • Browse categories manually (use the category folders to find articles if search isn't working)
    • Clear browser cache and try searching again
    • If search consistently fails, contact Support and mention the search functionality issue


D: Can't Find Specific Article or Topic

  • Issue: You're looking for information on a specific topic but can't locate it in the Knowledge Base.
  • Fix:
    • Try multiple search terms (use synonyms or related keywords)
    • Browse relevant categories (check categories that might contain your topic, e.g., FAQ, Getting Started, Content Library)
    • Use the "View all" links (expand categories to see all available articles)
    • Contact Support (if you can't find what you need, submit a ticket and ask for help locating the information)
