Description
The Subscription page lets you manage your Contesimal plan and billing preferences. From here you can:
- View your current plan, price, and renewal date
- Review available plans and upgrade/downgrade by switching plans
- Cancel your subscription (your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle)
- Contact Sales if you need a custom plan
Step-by-Step Usage:
The step-by-step instructions, screen descriptions, and UI details in this section are examples only. They are intended to help you understand how the feature works and how to complete the flow. Screens, labels, and layout may change in future product updates.
A: Open the Subscription page
- Go to Account Info - click icon with initials at the bottom of left navigation menu
- Click "Account Info"
- Select "Subscription"

B: Review your current plan
At the top of the page, check:
- Your current plan name
- The monthly price
- The renewal date
C: Compare available plans
- In Available Plans, review the plan cards (e.g., Starter / Growth / Pro).
- Check included features and limits to decide which plan fits your needs.
D: Switch your plan (upgrade or downgrade)
- On the plan you want, click Switch Plan
- Click 'Upgrade Now" button

- After switching, confirm the page reflects the updated current plan
E: Cancel subscription
- In the Cancel Subscription section, click Cancel Subscription
- Click "Yes, Cancel Subscription"

- Verify the message indicates your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle

F: Activate Subscription
- In the Activate Subscription section, click "Activate Subscription" button
- Verify the message indicates your plan will be raactivated and will renew at the end of the current billing cycle
G: Request a custom plan (optional)
- In the Need a custom plan? section, click Contact Sales
- A Contact Support pop-up opens (fields: Request Type, Full Name, Email, Organization, Message).
- Fill the fields, describe your requirements, and click Send (or Clear to reset).

Troubleshooting Guide
A: “Switch Plan” doesn’t work / nothing happens
- Issue: Clicking Switch Plan does not change the plan or no confirmation appears.
- Fix:
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Try another browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) or an incognito/private window.
- Check your internet connection.
- If it persists, contact Support and include the plan you tried to switch to.
B: Plan changed but UI still shows the old plan
- Issue: You completed the flow but the page still shows the previous plan as current.
- Fix:
C: “Current Plan” shows, but renewal date/price looks incorrect
- Issue: The displayed renewal date or price doesn’t match what you expect.
- Fix:
- Refresh the page and confirm again.
- Check if you have multiple subscriptions/accounts and you’re logged into the correct one.
- If incorrect after refresh, contact Support with a screenshot of the Subscription page.
D: Cannot cancel subscription
- Issue: The Cancel Subscription button is missing, disabled, or cancellation fails.
- Fix:
- Confirm you are the account owner/admin authorized to manage billing.
- Refresh the page and retry.
- If the issue persists, use Contact Support and request cancellation assistance.
E: Need a plan not listed (custom requirements)
- Issue:None of the listed plans meet your usage needs (documents, seats, features).
- Fix:
- Click Contact Sales in the “Need a custom plan?” section and share your requirements.
- Include expected document volume, number of users, and any required features or integrations.
