Description
The Terms of Service page provides access to Contesimal's Terms of Service document. Clicking the Terms of Service link in Settings redirects you to the full Terms of Service page, where you can read the complete legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Contesimal platform.
Step-by-Step Usage:
A: Open Terms of Service
- Go to Account Info - click icon with initials at the bottom of left navigation menu
- Click "Terms of Service"
- Select Account Info - "Terms of Service "
- You will be redirected to the Contesimal Terms of Service page in a separate browser tab
B: Review the Terms of Service
Once on the Terms of Service page, you can:
- Read the complete Terms of Service document
- Scroll through all sections to review the terms and conditions
- Navigate to specific sections if the document has a table of contents or navigation links
Troubleshooting Guide
A: Terms of Service Link Doesn't Redirect
- Issue: Clicking "Terms of Service" in Settings doesn't open the Terms of Service page or redirect fails.
- Fix:
- Refresh the Settings page and try clicking "Terms of Service" again
- Check your internet connection (the Terms of Service page may be hosted externally)
- Try opening the link in a new tab (right-click → "Open in new tab")
- Clear browser cache if the redirect consistently fails
- If the issue persists, contact Support through the Contact Support option in Settings
B: Terms of Service Page Won't Load
- Issue: After clicking Terms of Service, the page doesn't load or shows an error.
- Fix:
- Wait a few seconds (external redirects may take a moment)Check your browser's pop-up blockers (ensure they're not blocking the redirect)
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or use an incognito/private window
- Verify your internet connection is stable
- If the page consistently fails to load, contact Support and mention that the Terms of Service redirect isn't working
C: Cannot Read or View the Terms of Service Document
- Issue: The Terms of Service page loads but the document is unreadable, has formatting issues, or won't display properly.
- Fix:
- Refresh the page and wait for it to fully load
- Zoom in/out using your browser's zoom controls (Ctrl/Cmd + or -)
- Try a different browser (some browsers may render the document differently)
